My Role

Leading design

Owning the full design process from input UI exploration to iterating on what works for students and what the technology can reliably capture.


Building new processes from scratch

This work is new territory for the company. I've helped define workflows and team processes to make fast, structured iteration possible.


Partnering with the product manager

Tracking the many moving pieces, maintaining prioritization, and keeping the team's focus on learning ensuring every round has clear hypotheses to test.


Closing the learning loop

Making sure insights from each iteration are clearly translated into next steps building a repeatable cycle of test, learn, and improve.
